Fantastic and professional estate agents who are realistic and upfront. From the outset, Ross clearly set a realistic price guide unlike other local agents in Hemel Hempstead. They communicated regularly and set up a simple WhatsApp group and shared regular communication. They followed our guidance and didn’t arrange viewings just for numbers. We liked that we could speak to them directly and their experience and professionalism was fantastic. We tried to sell our home months before that with two other local agents who were really disingenuous. The process was hassle free and prompt. The location, quality of property and pricing was correct yet it did not progress.  Mulburries were brought onboard and spotted the issues immediately, the necessary tweaks were made and a sale was delivered.   Mulburries keen eye, offered the suggestions which addressed both buyer and our needs.
