Change of sharer current tenancy: £300

Serving notices (free with management service): £75
Vacant management (2 visits): per month £200
Payments of any service charges: £100
Meeting of any third parties: per visit £100
Directors court attendance fee: per hour £250
Recovering’s deposits through TDS adjudication: per hour £100
Consolidated statements: per statement £25
Making payments outside the UK: £30
Key cutting: per key £15
Arranging management works over £1,000: 12% of net costs
Extra property management visits: per additional visit £75
Interest on unpaid fees due: 3% + Bank of England base rate
