Leverstock Green

With tree lined, wide residential streets, sweeping landscapes and the beautiful central green itself, which is home to the local cricket team and overlooked by two friendly country pubs, it is easy to see why Levestock Green is such a popular part of Hemel Hempstead. Apsley is an area that has seen a huge amount of development in recent years, adding thousands of new homes to the area and a whole new generation of buyers, looking for more space for their money from the London boroughs. The transport links back into London are fantastic, with a route back into London Euston in under 45 minutes. Within walking distance you have Hemel Hempstead train station which gets you into Euston inside 35 minutes, the Everyone Active Leisure Centre, the moors and its free roaming wildlife which is open to the public and welcoming local gastro pubs and Hemel town centre itself.

More recent additions including the Fishery Wharf Café overlooking the canal, which is a lovely hidden corner of the area, is one of many reasons people love it here.

Kings LangleyApsley

An attractive small village inbetween Watford and Hemel, Kings Langley has a strong sense of community and is its property is highly sought after by clients of all age groups. A friendly high street with a selection of popular coffee shops, bars and eateries means it is always busy, but never so much that it changes pace. There is a farmers market on a weekly basis, and a few times a year a group of local knitters will decorate the high street with their creations! Kings Langley has its own train station with access into Euston in just over 30 minutes and there is quick access to both the M25 and M1 too.
